We strive for safe-to-use, cost-effective, environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solutions for our products and their production. We involve our suppliers and contractual partners in this objective.

All official requirements, laws and regulations must always be complied with; internally, we follow stricter standards and are guided by the latest technological standards in all environmental protection and energy management measures.

We reduce our energy consumption in the long term, use energy sparingly and increase our energy efficiency in a continuous improvement process. This applies to all activities of the company that may have a direct or indirect impact on energy performance. Thus, everything that is unnecessary, e.g. machine downtimes, underperformance of machines, additional operations, scrap production, etc., is the subject of the energy management system.

To implement these goals, we are introducing an energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001:2018. This is constantly checked, evaluated and improved by us as required. Furthermore, we will regularly check that the necessary financial and structural conditions are ensured.

Energy management requires responsible employees at all levels who actively cooperate and think along with the realisation of these principles. They are supported in this by appropriate education and training.
