Fresh shop design in the "Starbike" bicycle shop in the heart of Vienna

The trendy "Starbike" bicycle shop in Vienna proves that ESB boards do not have to hide behind plaster and wallpaper, but also have their appeal in interior design.

The Austrian company Luxhome, which was commissioned with the interior design, skilfully used the openly laid esb boards in the shop design as a contrast to the polished concrete, black ceiling and elaborate lighting.

In addition to various wall boards, the boards from the Rhineland-Palatinate family-owned company elka-Holzwerke were also consistently used in furniture construction. The sales counter, shelves and cube modules for the presentation of goods were all made of the characteristic esb boards and do not require any additional surface treatment; it was a great advantage here that the boards are already sanded ex works.

Another plus of the esb board is its consistent sustainability. It is produced exclusively from fresh spruce wood and is the first climate-neutral wood-based board certified in Germany.
