Wood from certified forestry

For our entire range we mainly process spruce and Douglas fir. Our roundwood comes mainly from within a radius of around 150 km of our Morbach site; certified wood takes priority in purchasing. elka-Holzwerke GmbH holds PEFC chain of custody certification (DINC-PEFC-COC-000341, valid until 28 February 2029) and FSC® chain of custody certification (FSC-C100151, valid until 21 July 2030).
